At Sovelle, we take pride in crafting each candle with care and attention. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we want you to love your purchase and much as we love making it.
When ordering, please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. Please review product descriptions, scent notes, and images before finalising your order.
You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or does not do what it is supposed to do.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
To assist us in resolving the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
If the item is deemed faulty or damaged, we will offer either:
- A replacement of the same item (subject to availability), a similar item or
- A full refund to your original payment method.
We may request that the item be returned before a replacement or refund is issued.
